Message from the CEO - Global Peace
It gives me great pleasure to share the journey of Global Peace with you.
Back in 2004, I traveled to Tokyo, Japan, on a student visa. There, I studied the Japanese language and, after graduation, pursued Hotel Management at a vocational college for two years. Following my graduation, I gained valuable experience working in the hotel industry for a few years.
With the skills and knowledge I acquired abroad, I returned to Nepal with a dream — to create opportunities for students who aspire to learn languages and study overseas. That dream gave birth to Global Peace in the Eastern region of Nepal.
Today, Global Peace proudly provides quality education in Japanese and Korean languages, along with computer courses and study-abroad services. I am delighted to announce that we have successfully expanded our branches to Urlabari, Itahari and Damak, and we are committed to extending our services to various other cities in the near future.

How long does the application process typically take?
The application process generally takes 8–14 months, depending on the type of program, document readiness, and intake schedule. This includes school selection, language test preparation, document submission, Certificate of Eligibility (COE) processing, and visa application.
What countries do you help students apply to?
We assist students in applying to Japan and Korea, providing end-to-end support for university, vocational, and language programs in these countries.
Can you help with scholarship applications?
Yes. We guide students through various scholarship opportunities available in Japan and Korea, including government scholarships, university-based scholarships, and private grants, helping them prepare all necessary documents and applications.
What is the processing time?
Processing times vary based on school acceptance, COE issuance, and visa approval. Typically, school acceptance and COE take 6–8 weeks, while visa processing at the Embassy/Consulate can take 1–3 weeks after COE submission.
What will be the duration of the visa?
The duration of a student visa depends on the program length. Language schools usually issue visas for 6 months to 2 years, vocational schools and university programs may issue visas for 1–4 years, renewable as long as the student maintains enrollment and meets visa conditions.
